We would really like to commend yourself and your team (Ahmad Razif Yaacob & Rashillah A Hamid) for helping us in our recent sales and purchases transactions of our homes. I  would like to take this opportunity to let you know of our sincere and most heartfelt appreciation for helping us to find our new home. Although it's been an arduous journey, the patience and level of professionalism demonstrated is more than any buyer/ seller could have asked for.

Firstly, we really appreciate your approach to present to us an objective view of the market situation. In all of our discussions and viewings, we have never once felt that the team was trying to sway our decision in a direction which would be beneficial to the team but we always felt that the team was always concise with us in sharing the pros and cons each step of the way.

Secondly, we recognize efforts from yourself and the team to always place our interests first. As clients, we received the best service levels possible and we knew that our conditions were not easy either - move out later and move in earlier. However, the team always stated the conditions up front to potential buyers/ sellers. That made the negotiations not easy at the onset but it soon became clear who the genuine buyers/ sellers were in the journey.

Thirdly, the level of professionalism demonstrated by the team has been impeccable. Although a few times, we thought we found the property of our choice but because it didn't feel like it was 100% for us, the team continued to push forward. Thank you for going the extra mile for us to find our new home - great location, highest floor and an unit with a lot of privacy and lots of space!

Fourthly, we felt the team's commitment and dedication to help us find something that meets all aspects of our needs. We also appreciated how you connected us with the appropriate parties when we needed - bankers, contractors etc. Also, the team did a great job helping us to manage the overall timelines very closely which was really helpful.

The overall experience has been superb and every step of the journey, we felt that you were partners with us. This wasn't a situation which you and the team presented yourselves as agents. We would most gladly introduce yourself and the team to our family members and friends should they be looking to transact in property. If we have the rezeki to purchase another property, we would also still turn to your team for help and support.
